Property Walkthrough | Tournament & Short Term Rental Listings

Prices start at $350 and includes:

In home consult. We spend the time walking through the home and evaluating the needs per room.
An email with an itemized list of everything we discussed, a timeline, and recommendations within 10-14 business days.
Once the Exclusive Right to Rent is signed, your property will be listed at the confirmed homeowner's take-home price on the preferred online travel agency sites.
A Property Listing Session is required for Listing Photos *unless professional, staged photos are supplied / approved
